Welcome! I’m Jan Guenther—entrepreneur, endurance athlete, mom, and lifelong coach—bringing decades of business leadership, elite sport, and real-life grit to help women age with energy, strength, adventure and purpose.
33+ years building and leading Gear West Ski & Bike, a specialty sports retail campus in Long Lake, MN.
Mom/wife who raised two boys while balancing athletics, building a business from ground up and other life challenges.
Created and lived out my proven systems to navigate aging, tap into wisdom earned and find fulfillment through leading a rich life, mentally and physically.
Curated many group events designed to introduce women to the challenges and rewards of human-powered sport with the support of peers.
Competed in endurance events since leaving the corporate world in the early 80’s including Ironman triathlons, Olympic xc ski trials & national races in triathlons, xc skiing and paddling.
